If your account has not been verified and you haven't received the verification email, please check to make sure your message wasn't blocked by a spam filter. The first step here is to check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder on your email client to ensure that the message was not sent there. If it was, verify your account via the link within the email, and then mark the message as not spam to help ensure that future communications are not blocked.
Please note that not being in this folder does not mean that your receiving mail server did not block the message. Mail servers typically have 2 tiers of spam detection, with the first tier blocking a message completely and messages that make it past this first tier moving on to tier 2, where if they are flagged for spam there then they go to the Spam/Junk folder. If your system has a way to check this earlier tier of blocking, please do so.
Resend the verification email.
If you are unable to locate your verification email, then you can have it resent. To do this, first go to the login page (here), then enter in your email address and the password you registered with. You will get the screen below:
Once on this screen, click on the "Resend Verification Email" button. This will resend the email which will look like so:
From here you can click on the "Verify Your Account" button in order to mark your account as verified.
Reset Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or as an alternate method of verifying your account, you can initiate a password rest. This will both change your password and mark your account as verified.
On the login page (here), enter your email address that you registered with. Under the password, leave it blank (effectively, you just need a wrong password). Once you click on login you will get the screen below:
Click on the "Click Here to Reset Your Password" text and it will send a message like the following:
Click on the "Reset your password" link in the email and this will allow you to reset your password (and verify your account in the process).
