This system will allow applicants to query information regarding the status of a plan case or permit submitted to us.

Please note that this system periodically synchronizes information from our internal system so there will be a delay when information is entered internally and when it reflects online (typically within 3 hours, however it may take up to 24 hours for information to transfer).

Plan Cases:

For questions about the Planning and Zoning Requirements applicable to Subdivision and Single-Site Development Plans and Plats, including submittal, review, approval, and required inspections, please contact the Planning and Zoning Department at: (843) 719-4095

For general questions about the Concurrent Departmental Plans Review Process, including submittal requirements and fees for Major Subdivision and Infrastructure Construction (Preliminary) Plans, Final Plats, and Single-Site Development Plans, please contact the Plan Case Admin at: (843) 719-4142

If you have already created a log in, you can log in and see everything that is linked to your email address that was provided for your contact information. The contact email and the log in email for the portal must match in order for you to see the plan cases.

If you have not created a log in for the portal, please create one. The email address you provide for your contact information is the email address that needs to be used to create the log in for the portal. Every plan case that has that contact email listed will show up in the portal.
